THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTOS These photos were taken at Lake Solitude near High Bridge, NJ. I was hoping to capture the last colors of Fall and fell in love with this old spillway. This is also the spot where I had my first ever encounter with a Bald Eagle (read "The Story Behind the Photos" in my
Eagle photo gallery for all the details.) Almost 90 years old, there has been talk of converting it to a hydro-electric dam. Either way, it was the perfect location for a little late Autumn shooting.
