THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTOS
There is this crazy old abandoned pier that sits opposite Lower Manhattan on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River. I've been wanting to shoot there for months since it lines up perfectly with the new World Trade Center. The problem is access isn't easy. Well I finally made it over there (and over the fence ;-) ) and was able to grab these shots. They are some of my favorites for 2015. I especially like the way the photos look in black & white.
